Car was top class however it should be made more clear the deposit amount required. I was lucky that I even had the required amount in my bank account as I had opted to travel with cash. On a separate note the deposit still has not come back into my account. I assume it will in the next few days but a clear time frame should be given

The car was not ready on arrival.It was taken away, roughly cleaned and we had to accept it with 7/8 of a tank of fuel. Because of the nature of car hire we returned it brim full.
One of the receptionists (not inside the terminal but out in the cabin in the parking lot) was less than sympathetic to the fact that we were waiting for more than 20 min. with no information on what the delay was - this in spite of the fact that we speak fluent French and asked several times why the delay as the car was pre-booked. Her response was " I'm only the receptionist. It's not my fault".There was no apology nor expression of regret on behalf of the company. Her attitude was unprofessional. She seemed personally annoyed . Not good enough

The interior light was not working at pick up, which was awkward as it was dark . The desk assistant could not help due to the evening time. Pre pick-up checks should include such items. Otherwise all ok.

I was delayed for almost 30 minutes waiting in the queue at the National desk in Bordeaux airport, which is unacceptable. There were only 2 clerks on duty and a lot of customers. Eventually a third clerk appeared. Very poor. However the car was good and the service on return also satisfactory.

Very competiutive and very very helpful when we stayed on and needed to extend the hire period. Very easy to contact.

No problem, very friendly and helpful. Two minor points we had to point out some very minor bumps not recorded on the paperwork and there was no water in the screen wash reservoir. However this was not a problem to rectify and we did like the quick service we received with more than one person at the pick up desk.
