Arrived to airport trying to follow signs to car rental but arrived to all other car rentals as Thrifty's location is far far from the airport and no signs whatsoever how to get there, we almost missed our flight, we asked directions of every single human we met but with no success even our gps didn't have a location point of interest under the name "Thrifty" or "Auto-Europe" until we noticed a number to call on the rental agreement that costed us a mint as we were on roaming and they could finally tell us the name of the road which wasn't even on the Navigator when we tried to search for that road, but luckily enough we remembered that there was a bp petrol station next to the car rental so that's how we found our way back

Located off airport with no indication of where/how to catch unmarked shuttle buses. Extremely slow pick up / return procedure. Staff were border line rude and had no concept of frequent flyer points. Car was smelly. Won't be hiring from them again in Amsterdam.

Please Highlight the Fact That Thrifty Dollar Carhire is not on the Airport Complex it has to be reached by Shuttle from Shearaton Hotel.

Any Carhire should not be complicated at the Desk by frightening the client into extra insurance incase of accident.

I may miss to read the information if that information is available in your website or confirmation email. Initially I thought the thrifty office is in Schipol Airport, so I spent good half an hour to look for until I decided to call. Then I guided by Thrifty employee who answered my called to wait in the front of Radisson Hotel (?) to wait for shuttle to take me to Thrifty office. Apart from that, I have no issue.

The receptionist when I want to pick up the car was not as friendly as I was expected, He is OK, just too rigid. I may have that opinion because this is my first experience with Thrifty in Amsterdam. But the receptionists when I return the car were friendly and smiley. Apart from that everything was simple and I have no complain. Thanks.

Found waiting for the car to take us from and to airport a pain. Hadn't realised the car pick up was not at the airport. If known I wouldn't have used Thrifty but they were the cheapest and once at the pick up place everything went fine.

It was a disaster. Our flight was delayed by a couple of hours, Advantage had left the car for us to collect from Hertz, but not the baby car seat which we had booked. Fortunately we were able to borrow from Sixt, but noone at Hertz was able to help. They seemed to suggest that we would have to wait in the airport with a 9mth old baby until 8am the following morning. We should have gone and complained on return to Schihpol to seek compensation, but the baby was hungry, so we went straight through to check in. Very disappointed. Would be very happy for you to use my comments about Advantage
