We had no problems at all with our car hire but you will be charged a heavy price for fuel as all car hire companies have a tank full and return empty policy, call me cynical but have you ever tried to return a car empty? That said the car was clean and as advertised so no problems.

very good service. car provided was not pristine nor low kms but it suited my purpose and provided great value for money. I would prefer to return cars with full tank - not empty! but that apart a good experience. I always take the accidental insurance but do not need it!

The client should only pay for the petrol they have used, you are selling the same tank of petrol over and over again..

When I dropped the car off, the man at the office was not very helpful. He was speaking to me in Spanish. I told him that I didnt speak Spanish and I didnt understand what he was asking me to do. He then just kept repeating the same phrase in Spanish which i was able to understand as "Well you are in Spain".
Whilst I understand that I was in Spain and that he will obviously speak Spanish, given that he works at the airport and a lot of tourists would be passing through, he could have been a little more understanding at the fact that I couldn't understand what he was saying to me.

It is fairer for the customer to return the car full of fuel rather to pay for the full tank and then try to leave it "empty"-which is of course impossible. No doubt you already know this!

On arrival at Palma the queue to pick up was very long indeed and moved extremely slowly. It took over an hour for us to reach the desk.
We were not offered a car from the category we had booked but one from the economy class but no adjustment was made to what I had paid.
The need to return the car with a full tank obviously benefits the car hire co. considerably and disadvantages the customer. We obviously paid for a full tank but only used half.
On the plus side the car was decent and clean.
I will now do some research into [INVALID]nate companys with a view to trying to obtain a deal that is better valuye for money on our next trip to Majorca.

Only visiting a small island for 4 days, but having to pay 100 Euros for a full tank of petrol when we only used about 1/4 tank is a bit gauling. Otherwise pick up and return was very smooth

Again excellent service but age related extra cost too high. U K drivers over 70 must provide health check to U K authorities so this should be taken into account.

good value-but could be even better with extra small discounts for repeat clients
-also good value is somewhat spoiled by some car hire companies insisting on "full tank to empty" policy and adding on a compulsory re-fuelling fee of 28 euros -bringing the cost of a tank-full on a MINI sized car to over 90 euros-a ridiculous amount!!
As some companies don't have this policy could you find some way of using them -or at least showing this essential info. in your list of choices ?

Outrageous re-fuelling charge
Attitude somewhat off-hand towards customer
NOT given choice of which cuurency I wished,despite this being a condition on the hand held screen I was asked to sign
Little explanation of what charges were being taken from my credit card at beginning of rental
Documentation-as far as I could see,before rental was mostly in Spanish making it difficult to see if my
refusal of all extra "add-ons" had been accepted.
Overall I was not very impressed!(Again your observations would be gratefully received)
