I was very satisfied with your service, however I was disappointed by Hertz. When I went to collect the vehicle at the hotel - there was no one at the Hertz counter. I waited for approximately 40mins. The hotel staff indicated that he was busy. I had to get a colleague to fetch me as i was late for an appointment with no vehicle. I returned an hour later and had to wait another 30 min until the Hertz person showed. He was not apologetic at all and the vehicle I was given had not been detailed i.e trash in the door compartments and mud all over the back seat. I had to ask for a different vehicle and he was not pleased. From that point on the trip was great. I will certainly use your site again - just not that collection point of Hertz.

The hiring of our car for our trip was easy to complete and the rates for the hire were very competitive.

The overall experience was one of simplicity however the only down side to our experience was the length of wait to queue and "book in" to collect the car. We queued at the prebooked section but it seemed that this part of the collection was easily snagged. I eventually was called to another position to complete the formalities - whilst queuing the lengthy unbooked queue was cleared ahead of me. This could mean less of a choice of cars available but we still got a good car which met our needs (but i think others didn't).

They can proffer more car alternatives in car category . They offer for me cars which not presented on their site. In my case they had not the Ford Taurus like in the advertising. It would be nice if client can chose by himself car in garage like company NATIONAL do.

It was supposed to be fully inclusive but ended up having to buy petrol (bring back empty) as they said this was mandatory with the auto Europe voucher. Then needed breakdown cover. We worried because we lost the voucher but we didn't have a problem although we did have it on email.

Prepaid line was much shorter than walk in which was good. Said we could chose any car in lot C which was 'compact'. There was only one Kia but a massive eightseat people carrier which looked like in adjacent zone. Asked if we could have that one and they said we could, did and was fantastic at no extra charge. Pick up and drop of coach staff were excellent and helped load and unload. Drop off was simple. Very impressed.

Your instructions said that the Dollar rental area could be found in the arrivals hall at Las Vegas airport. In fact, since July 2012, there is a single car rental area for all rental providers which can only be reached by taking a complimentary shuttle bus.

Very satisfied with the vehicle but not happy that roadside assistance was an additional cost and very unhappy with the compulsory charge of a full fuel tank and "return fuel tank empty" policy. The latter practice is just downright sharp practice. My extras came to over US$ 100 when I thought that I had selected AutoEurope on the basis of good price paid in full and upfront.
