The people in the garage are usually very good,
Which is more than can be said about the counter service staff, they tend to be very very good, or very very bad.
This time around they were good and helpful.

This would be a 5 if you were able to offer greater flexibility with pick-up and drop-off points.

They need to have more people in place to assist customers with their car pick-ups. They were very polite and helpful.
