Car was fine but checking was surly. Biggest problem was that Advantage only operates 7am - 10pm and has (a) no safe facilities for car return outside these ours. We were told we could "leave the car in the street and put the key in the toilet" but that the car would be our responsibility until they opened (b) no shuttle to the airport outside those hour. We were told to "phone a cab"
As a result - as it flight was at 7am - we had to return the car the previous evening, lose the use of it early, and incur the cost of two taxis (back from the depot and then next morning to the airport) which was almost as much again as the car hire cost.
The staff at Advantage told us the hours are why they are cheap.
We wouldn't Advantage Honolulu again

We were very please Auto Europe Service, your advice and direction how to catch the shuttle were excellent. The shuttle came up frequently and the driver were very helpful. The staffs at the office were very friendly and helpful.
